1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TKOS Hub (the "Platform"), operated by Beijing Zhicai Yunlian Trading Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

The Platform is a TikTok e-commerce management tool that uses TikTok's official API to help merchants analyze ad performance, manage and publish shop products, track orders and fulfillment, and visualize key metrics including ROI, CTR, CVR, and sales data.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.
• Each account is for a single individual or legal entity and may not be transferred or shared.

4. TikTok Authorization & Data

• Using the Platform requires you to authorize us to access your TikTok advertising account and shop data via TikTok's official API.
• You warrant that you have the legal right to authorize access to the relevant TikTok account data.
• You may revoke authorization at any time, after which we will stop fetching new data.
• We use your TikTok data only to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services, including ad analytics, product management, and order tracking.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any unlawful or unauthorized manner
• Attempt to crack, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Excessively access the Platform via automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform

6. Fees & Payment

The Platform offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Pricing is as published on the Platform.

• Subscription fees are prepaid per cycle and are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with 30 days' notice.
• Overdue payments may result in restricted account functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software code, UI design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of us or our licensors and is protected by law. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.

Analytics reports and data exports you generate through the Platform belong to you.

8. Disclaimer

• Analytics results are for reference only and do not constitute investment or business advice.
• We are not liable for data inaccuracies caused by TikTok API limitations, outages, or delays.
• The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Platform at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes. You may close your account and stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Chaoyang District, Beijing.
